We often passed on our traditional indian sweet boxes gifted to us due to the overly sweet taste and unattractive presentation. We felt that there was a need for something different which appealed to everyone including the younger generation. A year later these ideas formed into our 50% barfi and 50% oat base delights and Blisss Barfi was established in 2016... What makes Blisss Barfi different? We are the first Barfi artisan to create a 50% Barfi and 50% oat base twist while offering the option of full barfi without oats. We take pride in our work as we expertly craft each barfi using premium sourced ingredients... Having grown significantly throughout 2016 and 2017, we have been working closely with well-established caterers, event organisers as well as providing bespoke services for weddings and corporate occasions. It has been a challenging, busy period of growth and change and we are immensely proud and passionate about what we do which is guided by our business values.
