We know that it can be cumbersome for various Health Care Facilities and Hospitals to meet their staffing needs... Budget Nursing provides staffing to various Health Care Facilities. Qualified Nursing Assistants work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to ensure patient safety and recovery while they are admitted at the various Health Care Facilities. The Nursing Assistants include ones who have a Nursing Assistant License and ones who have an additional CPI trainining which involves the non-violent means of averting a crisis at the various Health Care Facilties. This includes de escalating violent situations or scenarious at the various Health Care Facilties using restraints and other means as a last resort.
