COLLABORATIVE BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS - Key Persons

Beth Hodgin

Job Titles:
  • Family Support & Community Engagement Specialist
Hello! I am Beth, our Family Support & Community Engagement Specialist. I am the first point of contact for those learning about CBS: families and staff alike! My husband, son, and I reside in Noblesville, along with our three furry children. I have spent the majority of my adult life raising a son with autism, diagnosed during a time when ABA was seemingly in its infancy. We worked tirelessly with countless therapists, all working to set our son up for the most successful, independent, and happy life possible. Of course, this adventure is a continuous one and I could not be prouder of who he is today. After years of advocating for my own son, I felt compelled to learn about ABA and help others with similar situations. It was during this time I found CBS and began happily in my role as a Behavior Technician. It wasn't long though before I found myself picking up a few projects in the office, which led to collecting several other administrative hats! I became captivated with the role of recruiting our new technicians, learning our family's stories, and weighing in on how to match them together. My role as a technician, along with being a mother of an adult son with autism, has helped me fill these roles with multi-faceted perspective, empathy, ABA knowledge, and a deep-rooted passion to help our community.

Hunter Foor

Hi! I'm Hunter, Director of Operations & HR. I received my bachelor's degree in English and Comparative Literature from Indiana University, Bloomington and spent a couple years post-graduation working in digital marketing. Missing the summer days of being a camp counselor, I decided to make a change and linked up with CBS.

Lizzy Bolton

Hi! My name is Lizzy and I have proudly been a member of the CBS team since 2015. I completed my undergraduate degree in Recreation Sport Management with the focus of Recreational Therapy at Indiana State University. It had always been my goal to help make a positive difference in people's lives, I just was not sure the best way to apply my passion. After graduation, I spent the summer interning at a residential facility for adolescents with behavioral and developmental challenges. This is where my drive for supporting others in making tremendous, individualized progress flourished. Shortly after, I found ABA and my home at CBS! I began as a technician and dipped my toes in several other positions: Social Group Leader, Floater, Clinical Supervisor, Training Manager, and most recently Clinical Director - each position has confirmed my love of Behavior Analysis. I truly wouldn't be where I am without being a part of such a supportive culture at CBS! After the first year with CBS, I could not ignore my desire to put down roots, began working toward my master's degree in ABA with a focus on Autism from Ball State University, and became a BCBA in 2018. I have had the privilege of playing an active role in the growth of several kids and family's lives throughout this time. Seeing a child develop new skills, calling a parent by name for the first time, and working through challenges sparks a fire like no other! Aside from all the love I have for what I do and the field of ABA, I also enjoy spending time with my husband, being outside, competing, spending time with family and friends, loving on my two fur babies, and my current favorite: getting to enjoy and watch my two littles learn and grow every day.

Mallory Kennedy

Job Titles:
  • Executive Assistant
Hi! My name is Mallory and have been working for CBS since 2014 where I quickly developed a passion for this field. I hold a bachelor's in psychology with a minor in Religious Studies from IUPUI. I'm currently working towards my Master's in ABA at Ball State University to further my career. Over the last several years I have been fortunate to hold several roles such as Technician, Floater, and Social Group Consultant. These experiences have come together beautifully to inform my current role of Executive Assistant. My favorite thing about working for CBS is our collaborative-based approach, whether this be with our team members or with our family, we make sure that everyone is involved in each child's care. CBS tends to take a play-based approach to allow the children to really have fun, while also developing skills. My favorite phrase to use when training staff is "if I'm not having fun, they're not having fun" and ensuring that we always have that mindset. The culture at CBS allows individuals to feel supported and to grow, whether that be the children that we service or the staff that we work with. Outside of doing what I love every day in my career, I am a wife and mother of two boys. I absolutely love to spend time with my family and friends, going on a long run, or getting the chance to sit down and relax with a good book!

Melanie Barnard

Job Titles:
  • Accounting Manager & Scheduler
Hello! My name is Melanie and I manage our Accounting and Analysis department. I have an associate degree in Accounting and joined the CBS team in 2010. The best part of working at CBS is knowing everything I'm doing in the background helps us provide services for so many children. I am a mother of 3, all of whom have been involved with our social groups throughout the years. Outside of CBS, I love spending time with my husband and children, attending their extracurricular activities, and doing home projects.

Natalie Records

Hello! My name is Natalie. I received my bachelor's in Elementary Education from Indiana University - Bloomington and my master's in special education, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism from Ball State University. I met ABA in 2006 and have been in love ever since! I was brought on by the founder as the first employee at CBS in 2009 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2011. I have enjoyed wearing each hat within the company from Behavior Technician on up and believe hands on experience allows me to have a well-rounded view of the culture we are so set on developing! It has been over 14 years since I started with CBS and we are still committed to creating a space where children have a voice in their services, where team members are free to find their own rhythm within the work, and where the concept of supporting "kids being kids" plays a key role in how we structure programs. I continue to be humbled by our team as we carry out our mission and am passionate about creating a safe, fun, and healthy place to enhance life's journey for everyone within CBS. I live in Bloomington with my husband and am a mama to two with a Newfie, a Golden Retriever who will possibly never graduate the goofy puppy stage, and a cat. I am an eclectic podcast listener, avid bibliophile, lover of spicy foods, and amateur photographer.
