Alieu Awe

Alieu Awe is an associate partner at CFY Partners, The Gambia .He is a fellow of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant Fellow (FCCA) and MBA Candidate and also a member of the Gambia Institute of Chartered Accountant (GICA) with impressive multi-country leadership history and demonstrated track record for providing strategic financial direction, launching enterprise-wide operational control processes, increasing reporting/compliance integrity, and reducing corporate liability and risk. Until recently , Alieu Awe was the Director of Finance & Administration for Sub-Saharan Africa for Global voice Group, South Africa, Overseeing finance and administration operations, training, motivating, and supervising 10 Africa-based country directors, implementing operational procedures and protocols, and assuring the financial viability, taxation, and labor-law regulatory compliance of 10 international sites. Alieu's experiences and exposure is also credited with wealth of knowledge and understanding of the Gambian business environment working in the financial institutions. He has worked at Ecobank, Gambia and Guaranty Trust Bank as Chief Finance Officer & Head of Business and Group Head of Financial Control respectively

Daniel K. Quampah

Daniel is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in assurance, financial and project management services. He is a member of ICAG, Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountants (LICPA) a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) with an MBA in Project Management from the University of Ghana Business School. He is the lead partner for CFY Partners Assurance services. Prior to his partnership with CFY Partners, Daniel was the Managing Partner of DeTris Consult, a licenced accounting firm with the ICAG offering the full range of accounting services. Daniel was also formerly the Head of Internal Audit unit of the West African Gas Pipeline Project (WAPCo) responsible for reviewing project activities across Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria. Daniel worked as the head of the Final Accounts Department of Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited. Daniel had previously been a manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers providing assurance services to top Ghanaian companies and MNCs. He has also been involved in various financial management projects and audit reviews in Ghana, Liberia and other West African countries including: Office of Financial Management of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Liberia; SSNIT, Unilever, Ghana Commercial Bank , Various audits of SMEs; and Information Systems Audit engagements for UBA Bank, and National Trust Holding Company (NTHC)

Fatoumatta Jallow

Fatoumatta Suno

Fatoumatta suno in her current role has acquired in-depth accountancy skills and knowledge which includes: Receive invoices or bills from vendors, get them sanctioned and arrange for payments through cheques or bank transfers.

Felix Tamattey

Felix has more than 35 years experience in Financial Management and Accounting in both the Public and Private sectors. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), an associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (UK) and holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Manchester (UK). Felix was also the partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers responsible for Advisory services (financial management consultancy) in their Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambia markets until his retirement in August 2011. Some of the key relevant assignments he has recently been involved in include the following: Categorisation of Subvented Agencies into two broad categories for the Public Sector Reform Secretariat Design of Public Financial Management Reform Programme(PUFMARP now GIFMIS) and implementation of Budget and Public Expenditure Management Systems (BPEMS) for the Government of Ghana Business Process Re-engineering and implementation support of Oracle ERP solution for Volta River Authority and GRIDCo; Review of Immigration Policy and Legal Environment and Development of Management Information System for the Ghana Immigration Service; Establishment of the Office Financial Management in the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Liberia; and Trainer in financial management and internal audit for public and private sector businesses in more than 18 African countries.

Nii Akwei Tetteh

Nii Akwei is an assurance partner at CFY Partners. He was a manager at PwC Ghana and assistant manager at Ernst and Young Ghana. Nii, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) has over 10 years' post-qualification working experience specialising in assurance, SOX 404, tax compliance, training and capacity building for senior staff in both the public and private sectors. Nii Akwei is the Chairman of the Technical Evaluation Committee supporting the Implementation of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) at the University of Ghana. He was also a consultation member on the revised Architect Act of Ghana. Nii Akwei Tetteh was a Manager, Audit Quality Monitoring Department at the Institute of Chartered Accountant. He assisted the Head of Audit Quality Monitoring to create an enabling environment for licensed auditing firms to comply with International Standards of Auditing (ISA) and International Standard on Quality Control 1 (ISQC1). Yaw Asante-BoadI

Yaw practised the above tax disciplines throughout his entire work life currently as Tax Partner for the CFY Partners practice firm and also as former employee of Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Ghana's Internal Revenue Service. He has managed numerous tax advice and reform programmes across Africa. His advisory services to such persons span the success and spread of their investment initiative, corporate set-up, tax advisory, expatriate payroll, and VAT. Yaw dealt extensively with Ghana's Double Tax Treaties and with -residents who have business interest in Ghana as well as those intending to do business in Ghana. He worked for many tax clients including expatriate firms in the extractive sectors - mining, petroleum; mining services, petroleum services, and banking, manufacturing, agriculture, housing, commerce, insurance, construction, and in the communication sector.
