I am approaching the needs and change situations of my customers with lots of tactfulness and the desire to fully understand the individual situation of each customer. My aspiration is to consequently move on the path of change with all everyone involved but at the same time doing this in a light-footed way. I have an eye on different needs and requirements of employees, supervisors and the organization as a whole. I am convinced that communications can build the needed pathways. I am open-minded and yet depth-seeking and forward-facing when approaching new projects and topics. Life is not a long quite river - and it´s change that makes us feel alive... One of my most memorable moments of change was a trek in the eastern part oft he Himalayas in Sikkim, India in the year 2009.
