Jeff Rybolt - President

With over 20 years of aviation and aerospace experience, Jeff brings a broad range of skills to Cornerstone. His career has included direct experience in FAA 145 and AS9110 repair stations, ISO9001 / AS9100 manufacturing, FAA PMA manufacturing, Nadcap Composites Special Processing, AS9102 First Article Inspection, C.A.S.E. 1A standards, auditing, and training. Being the son of an entrepreneur, Jeff has a passion for small business. He has created quality systems for companies that had no previous system and worked with both large and small companies to improve their already implemented mature systems. Jeff has been an FAA DMIR (Designated Manufacturing Inspection Representative), served on the FAA Safety Team, and been a Nadcap Composites Task Group Supplier Voting Member. He and his wife, Lisa have 2 children, and a granddaughter and are members of Community Church in Muncie, IN. Jeff is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, a Past Master of Speedway Masonic Lodge No. 500, and a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ.)

Lisa Rybolt - VP

Lisa brings over 15 years of management and experience working with ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO13485 requirements. She is adept at contract and requirements review, including government and regulatory compliance issues. She spent several years as a Director for a large AS9100 and Nadcap accredited aerospace manufacturer and led them through significant quality management system changes while supporting a positive culture between operations and quality, implementing process ownership, managing continuous improvement initiatives, and establishing process performance metrics. She is a certified Business Process Management Specialist and has completed AS9100D Lead Auditor training. Having the OSHA 30HR, Lisa has also created safety management programs and safety training courses. She earned her BS from Purdue University in 1994 and her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009. Lisa enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband, children, and granddaughter and is very active within her church and Women's Small Group Ministry.
