With a skilled trades background as a Master Electrician Alex has always enjoyed solving problems and getting things done. Since buying his first house in his 20's he has never looked back, managing many major renovations and multiple rental properties. Alex was born and raised in the High Park/Junction area and knows the city like the back of his hand, always ready to help people with their real estate needs.
Alfred is passionate about helping people. He's graduated from Engineering at UofT and from the Schulich MBA program. Alfred has been helping financial organizations as a trusted advisor for the past five years - increasing productivity while reducing costs. For the past 20 years, he's helped manage rental properties - leading tasks such as tenant experience optimization, profitability, and risk analysis. Alfred uses this experience to help clients at Crescent by streamlining their customer journey. Alfred is an active member of the community - he teaches Yoga; he volunteers with Engineers Canada, Engineers of Tomorrow, and WISE (Women in Science and Engineering); he's a Board member for his condo corporation; he mentors Schulich and UofT students.

Over the last 15 years, Juli has managed dozens of properties with impressive results. She then studied architecture to aid in bringing her ideas to life. Having designed and managed multiple renovation projects, Juli believes in creating a home that reflects the character of its owner.
Since graduating in 1994 with a degree in Economics from The University of Western Ontario, Mark has operated his own businesses as a Car Broker for 23 years (basically a Real Estate Agent for the Car Industry) and a General Contractor for 5 years. Mark has owned and renovated multiple properties in Bloor West Village and Mississauga, and served on condo boards for over 20 years. Mark's experience as a Landlord and Contractor, combined with his love of numbers and a passion for real estate, help him offer valuable insight to a wide range of clients and investors. Mark lives in Bloor West Village with his wife and daughter.
Patrick is a Graduate from the University of Toronto and has also completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Marketing Management from Humber College. After purchasing his first investment property in 2012, he was hooked on real estate. He is determined to share his knowledge with clients to help them make informed real estate investments and smooth transitions. Living in central Etobicoke his entire life, he has deep roots to the community.
From a young age, Shawn was involved in various development projects, leading to a passion for real estate. A graduate of Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University specializing in Real Estate Management and Finance, Shawn brings a fresh outlook to the Crescent team. Shawn applied his knowledge of real estate analysis and purchased his first investment property at 23 years old. His passion for real estate is driven by helping his clients make optimal choices and achieve their real estate goals.
Graduating with a degree in Business, Walter pursued an entrepreneurial route in real estate development. He found his calling in the real estate sector, having made several profitable investments on which he built his career. His knowledge of market trends and client needs have produced a strong track record of results. His drive and dedication consistently place him in the top ranks of his profession. Walter lives in Etobicoke with his wife Trisha and their son Julian.
