The checklist contains both mandatory and optional requirements. The hotel must meet all the mandatory requirements in order to get certified. Certain topics are shown as "not applicable" as these operations are currently not permitted. If and when these are permitted, these will then become "mandatory"... The checklist must be read along with the hotel guidelines provided. The guidelines provide necessary details and clarifications on the checklist points. The guidelines also provide the references to the source documents for more detailed inquiry.
