Looking to invest? Not sure of which properties will produce the highest payouts? We can offer some valuable insight... Our goal here is simple. We believe there is a positive way to have a win/win/win relationship with our business model. We believe the property owner, the property visitor and my team can all win and help each other. I believe the Short Term Rental (STR) model is great since it basically takes us back to the beginning when people first started traveling and would stay in other people's homes. I believe it was a way for people in those times to be taken in and treated like they were family by strangers. The traveler was considerate of the host's property. The Host families probably enjoyed the tales from the travelers since the average folks did not travel much. I can see it as being a great form of entertainment.
