We help individuals, families, community organizations, businesses and small groups of all types in New England plan for disasters... Our business was incorporated in 2019 by Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Jennifer Carlson, Ph.D., CEM®, following more than 20 years of service with the American Red Cross (15 years in total) and the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (over five years). Deployments to Hurricane Katrina, the Boston Marathon Bombing, wildfires in California and British Columbia, tornadoes in Georgia, and other incidents from local fires to floods, have informed our perspective and work.
