DINO W. TRAVERSO - Key Persons
Auri has been with the firm since 2014. She manages the books for several of the firm's clients including monthly reconciliations, AR/AP, and prepares State excise tax reports. Additionally, she helps prepare Federal tax returns for individuals. Auri also manages the front office, assisting with the inflow and outflow of tax returns, e-filing, and various other administrative duties.
Auri is married with 2 teenage sons. She enjoys watching her boys play baseball and basketball, true crime stories, listening to music, and spending time outdoors.
Jake R. Harris, EA joined the firm in the fall of 2019. He has worked in the tax and accounting industry since 2006 with various firms in Central and Western Washington. Jake is an Enrolled Agent (Federally licensed tax practitioner) and earned his Master's Degree in Taxation in 2021. He has helped hundreds of individual and business clients with tax returns, payroll, accounting, and representation before state and government agencies.
Originally from the Yakima Valley, Jake moved to the greater Seattle area after meeting his wife, Alyssa. When not crunching numbers or navigating the tax code, Jake enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending rock concerts with his wife, playing bass guitar, and watching the team he was born and raised to root for, the Seattle Seahawks.
Jamie M. Rerecich graduated from Washington State University and joined the firm shortly after in 2009. He prepares Federal and State income tax returns, financial statements, and State payroll and excise reports.
Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife and family, going on camping trips and taking his Labrador retriever to the dog park.
Nathan D. Nievaard, CPA was hired in the summer of 2011. He has twelve years of experience in public accounting. He graduated from Central Washington University Magna Cum Laude in 2006 and obtained his CPA license in 2009. Nathan has attended several advanced tax classes at Golden Gate University. Nathan manages several financial statement engagements, and prepares and reviews Federal and State tax returns.
Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Emily, 5-year-old boy, Liam, and 2-year-old daughter, Amelia. Nathan's hobbies include playing basketball, doing home improvements, and spending time outdoors.
Rico was the first employee hired by the firm in November of 2007. He is now a full-time staff member and has the primary role of time sheet entry, invoicing, assisting in the tax return process, and other administrative functions.
Simon joined Dino W. Traverso, PLLC in January 2017. He has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He has experience being a tax-aide for IRS sponsored programs Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) and Tax Counseling for the Elderly (TCE), which provides free tax help for low-to-moderate income families and senior citizens who need assistance preparing their tax returns.
He grew up near Eatonville before his family moved to Southern California due to his father's job as an engineer for a government contractor. He enjoys baseball and spends time at his relative's farm in Eatonville.
