Endo has announced the decision to cease the production and sale of Endo Aesthetics' Qwo® (collagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes). After careful consideration, we have determined that QWO does not represent a viable commercial opportunity for Endo. Read the press release here... Endo made a good faith effort to communicate with as many customers as possible based on information provided in the IGNITE training portal. Communications were sent in both December 2022 and January 2023 and clearly specified that the Program ran only through March 31, 2023, and that all product eligible for return had to be physically received by McKesson by March 31, 2023, otherwise no refund or credit would be given. This information was also provided publicly via press release and company websites... McKesson can no longer process returns at this time, per the terms and conditions of the Program, and the Program cannot be re-opened.
