Adam Shropshire

Adam joined Entec in April of 2019. Before joining Entec, Adam performed IT work for Government Agencies such as the Defense Logistics Agency and the Defense Contract Management Agency. Adam is an Army Veteran, serving six years in the Virginia Army National Guard. His interest in IT began while deployed to Doha, Qatar in 2015, where he was the Information Management Office for his Battalion. Adam's technical certification include Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and CompTIA Security +.

Anthony Ennas

Anthony Ennas has been working in the technology field since 1996 and has been helping businesses in the Richmond area with their IT needs. Anthony is proud to have founded Entec Systems in October 2002. Previously, Anthony had been a Systems Engineer with several different consulting companies in the Richmond area. Anthony started his IT career as a Graduate from ECPI in 1995.

Ben Gregoire

Ben has been with Entec Systems since 2012 evolving from Systems Engineer to a Senior IT Support Director. Before joining Entec, Ben worked with companies such as The Federal Reserve and OrthoVirginia. As a graduate of ECPI University, Ben holds a BAS in Computer Information Science. Being a person of many hobbies, Ben enjoys spending his free time with family and in the great outdoors.

Brantley Smith

Brantley joined Entec Systems in 2018 and is responsible for developing and managing new clients across the states. He graduated with a degree in Finance from Gardner Webb University, where he was part of the GWU Baseball team. After graduating, he spent 2 years with Ezlinks Golf Software. He is a husband and father of two and enjoys exploring different cultures through travel. He is a strong supporter of his local community and frequently volunteers. His hobbies include playing golf and smoking foods, as well as spending time outdoors.

Brittany James

Christian Smith

Christian joined the Entec team in August 2023. His passion for tech started in college when he built his first computer from scratch. He loves to help technology work for people, a philosophy he has developed over 6 years of IT service. Before joining Entec, Christian worked for 5 years as the System & Network Administrator for a local continuing care retirement community. Christian has both Comptia A+ and Network+ certifications and is working on his Security+ as well. He enjoys spending time with his family, as well as board games and travelling. Mr. Smith is a Network Engineer with management experience that includes responsibility for LAN/WAN operations in a multi-tenant data center. Chris has over fourteen years of experience as a manager and a consultant. Chris joined Entec in April 2005 after spending four years as Director of Operations at NetTelcos. Before that, he was Director of Network Services at Whitlock eBusiness Solutions for three years. Chris started his IT career in various positions at Time Life Customer Service over the span of six years.

Darian Ricks

Before joining Entec, Darian worked for other private sectors as an IT support representative performing troubleshooting and problem resolutions. She has over 7 years of customer service with alongside IT experience. Darian's education and experience has prepared her to perform essential IT support for Entec Systems.

Debbie Smith - CFO

Derek Moore

His hobbies include running, hiking, keeping the plants in the garden alive and spending quality time with his family.

Emily Dickerson

When she's not hard at work, you can find her working out, spending time with her fiancé and friends or playing with her beloved dog, Zeus, a rescue mixed breed from the streets of Farmville, Va. A native of Charleston, S.C., Haley moved to Richmond in 1998 with her parents and brother. Her little sister came along three years later. Born on Christmas Day, Haley is grateful that her parents didn't name her Snow.

Jason Bogard

Most recently Jason built and maintained data centers with over 1600 servers for Pulsepoint in New York.

Jordan Amberston

In addition to several years in the technology industry, Jordan served 10 years in the US Navy aboard nuclear submarines. Joshua Cox

Joshua Watts

Mr. Watts is a Senior IT Support Engineer who began his IT career on the help desk of an Internet Service Provider. A decade later he had risen to the rank of Senior IT Supporting, with a stop in between as manager of the same helpdesk where he got his start. Joshua has worked in nearly every aspect of Data Center and Managed Hosting, but ultimately found his home as a member of a multi-site, multi-state Network Engineering team that designed and implemented networking solutions for customers with a wide range of needs. Those solutions included not only building fault-tolerant and scalable networks, but also keeping them monitored and safe. Joshua is a graduate of ECPI, and joined Entec in 2010.

Justin Johnson

Justin got the IT bug as a child watching a technician repair his home PC. He has been building computers since taking an intro to PC hardware high school class in the 90s. Before joining Entec, he's worked in a variety of IT environments such as retail, enterprise, education, government, military, and managed service providers in varied roles like Desktop Support, Network Support, Project Coordination, Systems Administration, and as a NOC Engineer. He brings nearly 2 decades of varied experience to the Entec team and looks forward to new opportunities to learn more and grow his skills.

Khalil Roman

Kyle Heiser

Mason Chewning

Looking for a career change, Patrick moved to Chesterfield County Public Schools as a Technology Support Analyst.

Rachel Varney

Rickey Davis

Rickey Davis joined Entec in 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer. During his time as an Aviation Mechanical Engineer in the U.S. Navy, Rickey was deployed to Afghanistan. Rickey also instructed, supervised, and trained new recruits. Rickey has several IT industry certifications including Splunk, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02), AWS Well-Architected Framework, Operational Excellence Pillar, Reliability Pillar, Security Pillar, CompTIA Security+ (Cybrary), VMware vSphere. Rickey also has an Associates of Science: Computer and Information Science, Cyber and Network from E.C.P.I. University. Rickey started in the IT industry in 2015 and has worked for companies such as Amazon and VCU Health.

Robert Vaughan

Thomas Jones

As a 1996 graduate of ECPI in Richmond, VA, Thomas has over 22 years of IT experience and has been in the Charlotte, NC area his entire career. He started his career as Network Administrator for a large law firm, then moved on to a Network Administrator position for a large medical facility but found his true calling when he began his career in IT Consulting in 1999. In 2002, Thomas became partner in a Cornelius, NC based IT Consulting company and, as Vice President/Managing Partner with that company, has been providing IT support for customers in the Charlotte, NC area for the past 16 years. In addition to his technical knowledge, Thomas has extensive management experience including customer account management, supervision, management and training of all technical staff, Project Management, Hardware/Software Procurement as well as all other day to day operations of the business.
