Esprit Insurance DAC ("Company"), is the non-life captive insurer in the Aegon Group and is based in Dublin, Ireland. The principal activity of the Company is to act as a direct insurer for specified non-life corporate insurance risks of Aegon companies. Currently the Company underwrites the following lines of business in accordance with the terms of its insurance licence: Fire and natural forces, Other damage to property, General liability and Miscellaneous financial loss.
