Mr. Parent holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in international affairs. He draws on his multiple experiences as a business manager and administrator, and as a strategic advisor in entrepreneurship, international relations and economic development within the government. Mr. Parent who invested in the company in 2009, is now Chief Executive Officer of FDC.

Mr. Dubé is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a certified Auditor. He also holds a bachelor's degree in education, specialized in mathematics. He has experience in accounting, auditing, business management, administration and finance. He has worked both in the private and public sectors, in large accounting organizations, the banking industry and in small businesses.
Mr. Sakrani holds an industrial engineering degree. He has 15 years of experience in various industrial sectors including aeronautics, automotive and rail, within OEMs and integrators. His expertise lies in all aspects of manufacturing, particularly in Quality, Lean Management and Production Management. He is responsible for managing all aspects of Quality Management and occupational health and safety for the company.

Mr. Acuna holds a bachelors and a master's degree in aeronautical engineering. He also has an electromechanical technical diploma. He is experienced in project management, aeronautical and mechanical engineering, R&D, aircraft parts design, aircraft airworthiness and certification, manufacturing, composites materials, production methods and quality control, mainly in the aerospace sectors. He is responsible for managing and coordination engineering projects as well as methods.

He has over 20 years of experience in aerospace composite parts manufacturing and project management, including tooling, parts manufacturing and R&D, within OEMs, research centers and SMEs. He is responsible for the management of various engineering and engineering production support projects.
