He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montana State University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Texas Tech University. Boyd spent 5 years in public accounting and 25 years in private industry. He has a wide variety of experience in small business consulting, business process improvement, tax planning and preparation, personal financial planning, and IRS dispute resolution.
