Ggotjeotgal is a company specializing in manufacturing salted fish, which has passed and developed raw materials of clean East Sea with Korean traditional method and modern sensibility. The fish sauce and meat sauce of the salted fish are excellent in taste and flavor as they are manufactured in traditional manufacturing methods through two generations and with sanitary HACCP facilities. Naturally aged at low temperature for more than 2 years in an optimal aging environment, it has a less fishy taste and higher concentration, giving a deep taste with even a small amount.
