Dan Grecu is the founder and business manager of Grant Challenge, leading and coordinating all grant application support activities. Dan has a PhD in AI in Design, is a former Principal Investigator for S&T innovation projects and a former coordinator of large EC-funded consortia. He is a US patent holder in machine learning, and his R&D work has contributed to the acquisition of the resulting network-security technology by CISCO Systems. Dan has been involved in evaluating grant applications in all categories of assessment: science/technology innovation, business and commercial viability and ethics and compliance. For almost 20 years, he has supported successful grant applications in national and EC-funded competitions in Europe and in the US.
