Dr. Richard E. Gray, M.D. has had extensive experience as a joint replacement, general orthopedic, and spinal surgeon. This broad perspective gives him a more holistic approach to his patients, allowing him to problem solve with his patients. Dr. Gray began his practice in 1990 in Tacoma after completing his 5 year orthopedic residency and a 1 year spine surgery fellowship.

Juli Cella, MA has over 20 years experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery office practice. She is Dr Gray's medical assistant, and has worked directly with him since 2012. She is an excellent communicator, efficient assistant and has a compassionate heart for our patients. She loves to travel to Mexico and Italy, and loves the outdoors.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. She then attained her Master in Physician Assistant Studies at University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). Sarah loves to spend time outdoors and loves hiking, skiing and traveling.
