Carol Stalzer is the Senior Vice President of Operations for Trustar Mortgage. Carol began her career in the mortgage industry in 1986. She has worked in many capacities, including processing, underwriting, closing, originating, and management. Her experience working in all phases of the industry gives her the unique ability to provide a seamless experience for our customers. It also gives her the innate knowledge of what it takes to support our sales and production staff and their needs.
Carol grew up in McLean, VA and has lived in Northern Virginia for most of her life. She has a stellar reputation both in her professional and personal life. She is a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is also a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and dog lover.

Lori Ruberti is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Trustar Mortgage, LLC. She brings over 20 years of experience and mortgage knowledge to the business. She enjoys helping her clients achieve their financing goals from start to finish. Her ability to understand the individual needs of her clients is a priority to her. Lori has been awarded both a Customer Service Excellence Award and Outstanding Performance Award.
She is active in her community and participates in local charity events such as fundraising for the Community Resource Center, the Red Cross, and the local SPCA.
Lori was born in Wilmington, Delaware and now enjoys living at the beach. She is a mother of two, and grandmother of one. Most Sundays, she can be found relaxing at the Delaware beach with her dog.
