We are working technologists; we spin our own boards and write our own code. We don't just reference technology, we use it in cutting-edge ways... Like the patterns and data trends hidden in our world, electronics are omnipresent in our lives. Hidden from view, intricate yet ordinary circuits are found inside phones, cars, and coffee-makers. Hidden Layers: Boulder presents a customized and unique circuit board as an art object: cheap yet machine-precise, unique but hewn from a process intended for mass production. We have created a technological canvas to visualize the "hidden layers" of patterns within Boulder City data.
