Garth Fredrickson is a successful Saskatchewan commercial property and business developer. Mr. Fredrickson graduated from the University of Regina, and recently served for 6 years on the University of Regina Board of Governors, including 2 years as Chairman of the Board. He has also served on the University of Regina's Senate. He sits on numerous boards in Saskatchewan and brings to HTC vast knowledge in business operation, finance and management. Mr. Fredrickson has been a board member since 2012.

Jeff Allison serves as Senior Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer and Director. Mr. Allison has over 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance and business development. Prior to joining HTC in 2005, Mr. Allison assisted with the founding and setup of CUCORP Financial Services, where he served as the Associate Vice-President. Mr. Allison is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

Lionel Kambeitz is a recognized professional in Business Development and International Business Relations. Mr. Kambeitz currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and has played a founding role in many other Canadian and United States based private companies, as well as Canadian based public companies. Previously, Mr. Kambeitz has executive experience in a variety of industries including energy, agriculture, food production engineering, and manufacturing.

Wayne Bernakevitch is a senior partner with the law firm of McDougall Gauley LLP, the largest law firm in Saskatchewan. With over 25 years of experience, Wayne specializes in Corporate, Commercial and Business Law. Mr. Bernakevitch is the past President of the Regina and District Chamber of Commerce and remains actively involved with the Chamber. He sits on numerous local and national boards and is a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association. Mr. Bernakevitch was elected to the HTC Board in 1996.
