Here I was tier 1 support specialist for a small Internet Service Provider based in Toledo Ohio. We worked directly with customers in order to resolve their internet issues or all around tech problems. Being a 3rd party seller of internet it made for a more personal experience with each customer. It was a great learning experience especially all the different scenarios presented.
