Andrei Baraian is the Chief of Product at Knot Capital. Previously, he worked in R&D and more recently as Product Owner of the trading front-end solution at ITIVITI (formerly ULLINK), having spent a significant part of his career in its Paris and Hong Kong offices. Andrei holds an MSc in Computer Science from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca and is a certified CSPO.

Despina Donca is the Head of Marketing and Operations at Knot Capital. Previously, she worked in marketing for MARS Germany and IT consultancy at Accenture. More recently, she co-founded Engage, a startup operating in the employee engagement field. Despina holds an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Bern.
Emil has an extensive track record building high-performance trading systems for top sell-side and systematic buy-side firms - Goldman Sachs, Flow Traders, ExodusPoint. Emil's career has been focused on creating innovative technical designs that enable business excellence in systematic trading. He has a Computer Science background with an MSc in Statistical Modelling from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
