Dr. Madana Kumar

Dr. Madana Kumar, PhD, is an industry veteran with close to 4 decades of Industry Experience in organisations like Bharti, HCL, IBM etc.. He is a passionate student, thought leader and practitioner of Servant Leadership. His passion is in evangelizing Servant Leadership (a topic he chose for his Doctoral dissertation) in all types of organisations, including Corporates, Educational Institutions and Social Sector organisations. Madana is recognized as a Thought Leader, Strategist and Mentor, in the fields of Learning & Development and Leadership. He is currently shaping and implementing the Talent Development strategy of a Digital Services company, UST Global, to accelerate its transformation, bring in significant business impact for the organisation. He is also spearheading the implementation of Servant Leadership as the overarching Leadership philosophy all through the organisation. His efforts have brought several national and international laurels to him personally (eg: CLO of the Year, Global CLO of the year, Talent Development Champion of the year etc) and for the organisation (Several Brandon Hall awards, ATD Awards, Learning Elite Listings etc). He is a much sought-after speaker at Tier 1 Management Institutes in the country, and a prolific writer in several national and international magazines on the Topics of Learning Strategy and Servant Leadership. He holds a PhD in Business Administration. He has dual bachelor Degrees , a B.Sc (Physics) and a BE from Indian Institute of Science. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Certificates on Leadership awarded by the Cornell University , USA. For his Doctoral work, Madana studied the application of Servant Leadership in Indian NGOs.

Dr. Pearl John

Dr. Pearl John is a well-regarded leader in the assessment and leadership development space. He has served in 28 countries across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Pearl brings sharp insights into leadership behaviors and has facilitated coaching sessions for the top leadership including Managing Directors of reputed organizations such as HSBC, Philips among others. He also serves in the Boards of organizations including the Logos Management, Young Soul Foundation, World Vision International et al., He provides the technical architecture for client-specific solutions and engages in end-to-end conceptualization of the design and implementation of assessment and development interventions for top and senior management levels. Pearl conceptualized DISCOVER, an approach to coaching. Further he has institutionalized PROGRESS, a framework for developmental dialogues to facilitate individual Development planning. His role includes engaging with clients at the CXO level to present our solutions and generate buy-in as also facilitate enablement of the internal team and the associate network. Pearl served as the Consulting Director in SHL, a global consulting firm where he served as a member of the India Leadership Team and the Asia PS Leadership Team. Prior to that Pearl was with Taj Services Ltd, where he was Corporate Manager -Training & Development, having joined the hotel company Taj Group as Quality Facilitator. That followed his first employment, as Consultant with an affiliate of Taj Group, Headway- The Human Resources. He has held several portfolios within the Taj, including Recruitment, Quality, Training and Generalist HR. Pearl was responsible for streamlining learning and development, talent management and organizational effectiveness. He conceptualized and implemented a range of behavioral interventions including team building and leadership enrichment programs. Pearl has facilitated CEO talent review sessions to enable well thought through talent decisions for critical high impact positions in client organizations. He helped shape future leader identification and development programs for HiPos through an integrated learning journey encompassing assessment center, classroom interventions, action learning, coaching and mentoring During his career, Pearl has worked with a number of blue chip organizations across industry verticals that have included automobiles, aviation, BFSI, breweries, coal, FMCG, hospitality, healthcare, IT/ITES, manufacturing, NGOs, petroleum and natural gas, pharmaceutical, power, railways, research, retail and sugar. Pearl holds a Postgraduate Degree in Industrial Psychology specialising in Organisational Behavior and a Doctorate in Leadership. He speaks English, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam.

Rahil's ongoing East-West exposure allows him to have access to a variety of cross-cultural insights. Authors such as JK Rowling and high profile statesmen such as the Crown Prince of Kuwait have picked up Rahil's biography over the past few years. Currently, Rahil is also a consultant to the U.K. government, European Parliament and certain NGOs in India and its diaspora's culture, ethics and religion and how they play out within contemporary geopolitics.
