In 2018, Michael Bates founded Rising Tide Rentals, LLC, a real estate rental management company. He has been able to use all of the skills that he has learned from his various roles to help him start the business. Michael is the Owner and Manager of the company that is made up of a versatile group of real estate professionals proud to serve the DC area... In his sales role, Michael Bates became a Senior Account Executive since his prior knowledge of client needs helped him in his sales roles. He was a leader in this position who helped grow sales and develop a territory made up of 15 states that became part of the regular sales. Michael gained a deeper understanding of sales and continued to work with various internal departments to offer the best product possible.
