MISSION OF TEARS

Mission of TEARS is established as a humanitarian outreach based on Christian principles and Biblical morals. It is our mandate to implement the five points of TEARS (Teaching, Educating, Advocating, Resourcing, Serving) both at home and abroad. Our goal is to establish long-term effectual projects or programs to enable the underprivileged from among the orphans, widow's, poor and oppressed people to help themselves... Our vision is to promote a model of development where the children and families of Haiti thrive in a nurturing, unified, and safe environment, where learning and discovery bring self-actualization and opportunity... The mission of FEJ is to create sustainable communities in Haiti by offering opportunities for education, improved health and self-sustaining employment. At our primary school and crèche for orphaned children, we strive to be a model of excellence in childcare and educational services. FEJ programs also offer nutrition and healthcare, vocational training..
