I've spent my lifetime in and around construction, home building, and historic home restoration and repair. When it comes to what's going on inside, outside, and all around a home, I have seen it all. And nothing scares me. It's my absolute pleasure to bring honest assessments of the condition of a home (from foundation to roof, from electrical to plumbing) to home owners, home buyers, and home builders, without any unnecessary drama or alarm... At the early age of 6, you could find me helping my father, a master mason, with building projects of all kinds. I took over his business after earning a degree in Architectural Technology and it flourished for many years. In 2005 my wife, Victoria, and I decided a change of scenery was in order, so we headed south to set some roots in the NC triangle area where I worked for America's Home Place.
