I'm Omar Eid, a Mechanical Engineer with an unhealthy obsession for cars, computers and music; with experience in management, both in racing applications and FMCGs. Now currently working as a Freelance Mechanical Engineering Design Consultant in Miami FL, I've worked with a whole host of people to help them bring their needs to life. My obsession with learning new skills and leveraging them with my creative ability is what fuels this passion to create better designs through engineering... With my previous engagements in development projects in Cairo, I started tackling problems objectively. My personal mission was identifying what I needed to learn before using it to solve the problem. During this time, I was also restoring my first car, a 1987 e30 BMW which allowed me dive right into mechanical systems and allow me to apply the same logic.
