I cannot do everything myself. But I can create a starting point or an environment for my colleagues to kick start a new development or innovation. For example, in mid of 2016, consumer level VR headset was launch, I and one engineer start to explore the technology and built an VR application for product design in 3 months' time. Our technology level is now on par with professional VR developer. Similar to Business intelligent and machine learning project.
