Raising Relationships is a psychological service for individuals and families who are struggling with their relationships, whether that is with themselves or others. I believe that our early experiences shape the way that we relate to ourselves and others... We learn ways of coping and interacting with people that help us to get by as children, but sometimes lead to difficulties when we are adults. This can mean we struggle to be happy.
