Smythe & Asociates was founded in 1978 for the express purpose of financing high end income producing commercial real estate. Over the ensuing years Smythe & Associates has been procuring funds for construction financing, purchase financing and refinancing. Borrowers require refinancing for not only rate and terms but also for c ash out to allow improvements to the property or to acquire other investment properties... Smythe & Associates was formed as a California brokerage in 1978 and has since been financing the development or expansion of major investment projects in the mining industry (such as the purchase or replacement of mining equipment) and in the oil and gas industry such as pipelines and refineries. We also finance the development of projects in the hospitality field including flag hotels.
