Stakit Layer Pads are made from a combined ratio of High impact strength Copolymers sourced from leading manufacturers in the petrochemical industry. The sheets are edge sealed to customer dimensions, resulting in the entrapment of air bubbles within the flutes of the corrugated sheets. This results in excellent strength to weight ratio of the Sheets. The final product provides a remarkable substitute for the cardboard alternative without the limitations of single/short cycles, high long term cost, poor load integrity, high plant and landfill footprints, amongst others. Stakit layer pads are ideal for bulk loading of PET bottles and Can for beverage and Water industry.
