Mr. Adi Swarup Patnaik is a seasoned Banking Professional with a vast experience of 20+ Years hands on experience in various Banks in different Cadres. He worked in all verticals in Banking and has acquired sound Banking product and process knowledge. He has good experience in Marketing & Sales, Branch Expansion, strategic Business Development. He started his career with M/s Shriram Chits Pvt Ltd as Executive Trainee and rose upto the position of Divisional Product Manager. He also worked with Kapil Chits and M/s AMP Sanmar Life Insurance (now Reliance Life Insurance) in different cadres. Later he joined in Dhanlaxmi Bank as Junior Officer-Credit and elevated as Branch Head. He joined in Axis Bank and worked as Assistant Vice President - Operations Head - Branch Banking. His last stint is with DCB Bank as State Head- Andhra Pradesh (Emerging Markets) and handled Emerging Branches in A.P. He turned as an entrepreneur by establishing M/s The Amaravathi Multi-purpose Mutually Aided Co-operative Society Limited (A Co-Operative Quasi Banking Organization) & M/s Cito & Certus Advisory Services Pvt Ltd - a Corporate DSA Company which deals with all kind of Lending Business. Mr Swarup is the Founder & CEO of Amaravathi MMACS Ltd. & Managing Director for M/s Cito & Certus Advisory Services Pvt Ltd. Mr Swarup is a Commerce Graduate and having various Banking Certificates like CAIIB, Certified SME Banker, NCFM, IRDA Certificate- Composite. He is also one of the promoters of the CITO NIDHi Limited

Smt. Rajani Sabbani is a Post Graduate in Telugu Literature from Kakatiya University. She is the main force behind the successful establishment of the CITO NIDHI LIMITED (a Quasi-Banking NBFC).She was also one of the promoters of The Mithra MMA Co-Operative Society and had stint as Managing Director for one year to the Society.
