Glenn Horner

Dr. Horner is a Vice President at Bambu Vault. He was a founder and inventor of the founding intellectual property of Altranex Energy, a company developing new biofuels for demanding applications. He was a founder of Aprilis, Inc., a developer of holographic data storage and biometric technologies. Dr. Horner also held a variety of technical and managerial positions at Polaroid over twelve years, most recently in the dual role of Program Manager and Department Manager in the R&D division. In that capacity he led R&D activities in polymer chemistry to support both existing and new business needs. Dr. Horner also invented a dye-based system for laser protection that was fielded for Desert Storm for goggles and gas mask inserts for military personnel. His invention led to $20M in sales to the US Army and Marine Corps. Glenn is the VP and Facility Security Officer at Bambu Global.

Jayson Bowers

Jayson Bowers is the Chief Product Officer at Bambu Global and is responsible for R&D, product development, manufacturing, and engineering. He has a long track record of leading the development of novel detection technologies into diagnostic products. Jayson has held leadership positions at FirstLight Diagnostics, Sample6 Diagnostics, Bio Scale Technologies, and Helicos Bio Sciences. An enzymologist and protein bio chemist by training, Jayson was a Howard Hughes Medical Institute Fellow at MIT and received his PhD in Bio chemistry and Molecular Genetics from Cornell University. Jayson is the Chief Product Officer for Bambu Global. He joined the firm in 2021.

John F. Cohan

John joined Bambu Global in 2019 after 22 years as a corporate attorney at notable law firms in Boston. At Bambu, John is responsible for strategic counsel on legal, business, and operational matters. John brings to Bambu a keen sense of where legal, technology, and business intersect and how to leverage each to benefit the company as a whole. He is energized by the "dynamic legal and business challenges that come with disrupting legacy industries." Previously in private practice, John focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture and private equity financing, corporate finance, and intellectual property matters. He also advised early stage companies and technology entrepreneurs in connection with venture capital financings, private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, and general corporate compliance. John is an adjunct Professor at Boston University School of Law, teaching upper level Transactional Contract Drafting. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University (1986), and his J.D. from New England School of Law, magna cum laude, (1996).

Robb J. Osinski - CEO, Chairman

Robb J. Osinski is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bambu Global LLC. Under his leadership, Bambu earned the distinction of being one of Inc. Magazine's top 500 Fastest Growing Private Companies. Mr. Osinski co-founded the company in 2001. In 1997, Mr. Osinski co-founded Performance Dynamics, LLC, PI's predecessor, after launching a real estate development company that, from 1992 through 1996, acquired, successfully stabilized, and managed several marque properties in downtown Boston. From 1986 through 1994, Mr. Osinski pioneered mortgage banking in New England. He was one of the principals who developed and operated one of the largest one-to-four family residential mortgage lenders in the region, where he employed his financial and management skills and developed an extensive knowledge of mortgage-backed securitization, investment banking, and corporate and real estate law. During his tenure at First Eastern BankShares Corporation, he coordinated the acquisition of a local downtown Boston thrift, restructured the corporation to not only sustain significant growth but also survive the cyclical downturn that devastated the competition, and developed a reputation for successfully negotiating the disposition of over $30 million of recourse loan servicing liability. While one of the youngest recognized bank executives in the region, he left First Eastern as Executive Vice President and Director of four companies, including the First Federal Savings Bank of Boston, where he was President, to pursue his passion and devote his full effort toward real estate investments and new corporate startup opportunities. Prior to joining First Eastern, he managed a $300 million mortgage banking warehouse portfolio at Bank of Boston, where he also developed the bank's first Federal Reserve cash availability program, which saved the institution millions of dollars in lost float interest each week and was utilized daily by the bank for over one decade. While attaining his education, Mr. Osinski operated his own contracting company. He holds several distinctions in technology development, banking, real estate, and construction management. Mr. Osinski earned an A.B. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College and is a graduate of Saint John's Preparatory School in Danvers, Massachusetts.
