Dave Bland is Co-Founder and Principal of Term Street Hotel Advisers and head of their Denver Office. Dave is responsible for loan origination and execution with a focus on major clients in the hospitality sector. Dave has been involved in almost every aspect of the hospitality business, including 14 years in acquisitions, finance and development, 15 years in portfolio and asset management, six years in luxury resort real estate sales management, and five years in consulting. The value of client assets that Dave has had direct involvement exceeds $4 Billion in aggregate. Dave has worked for such prestigious firms as Alvarez & Marsal (who handled the asset management and disposition of the Lehman Brothers portfolio), MONY Life Insurance Company, Destination Hotels & Resorts, Ritz-Carton Destination Resorts, Intrawest and Carlson Companies. He has extensive experience with domestic and international resorts. He has expertise in the sale of resort residential projects, having spearheaded programs in Hawaii, Vail, and Winter Park Colorado. Dave is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. Dave has been a guest lecturer at the Harvard School of Business and the University of Denver. He was in the USAF Civil Air Patrol and served as a Mountain Mission Search Pilot.

Lynn Marcello is a New York-based commercial real estate finance professional. Her industry tenure spans 14 years across various roles in development, investment sales, and most recently, capital markets. Ms. Marcello's expertise is sourcing debt and equity on behalf of national real estate owners and developers. By serving as a liaison between clients and capital sources such as banks, insurance companies, debt funds, and JV equity groups, she works to structure full capital stack solutions. Ms. Marcello is well versed in capital transactions across asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and parking nationwide. Prior to joining TermSt. in 2022, Ms. Marcello worked as Director of Capital Markets at B6 Real Estate Advisors in New York City. Ms. Marcello earned both a BA and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Neighbors has over 25 years of proven experience as an Application Engineer and Architect using both Linux and Microsoft technologies as well as over 15 years working with mobile device applications both Android and IOS. His experience includes extensive leveraging of the .NET Platform, CMS, Windows based systems, and Linux, along with database technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite along with NoSQL based datastores such as MongoDB and CouchDB. Mr. Neighbors has worked with several large corporations over the years working in fintech, logistics as well as the medical industry. Such notable names include Broadridge Financials, Change Healthcare, McKesson and Manhattan Associates (including working closely with clients; such as Lego, Mary Kay Cosmetics and Walmart).
