Sengpheng Khun is the president and CEO of TPMG, responsible for spearheading corporate direction, mission and achieving actionable goals.
With a strong passion for real estates, international and construction businesses for many years, Sengpheng has developed an eye for the evolving social and economic trends in the ever growing Cambodian property landscape.

Kimhoeurn graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and has more than 6 years in general, business, procurement and property management. His responsibilities in the group include identification of sites to be acquired, commercial negotiation, securing the necessary plans/documents/ titles, development approvals, liaising with government agencies, due diligence, settlements, and progress payments.
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Vanda Institute, Linda has more than 6 years' experience in accounting and office administration with KhunMercil, a land acquisition trading company. Her responsibilities include preparing and managing the group financial accounts & finance, financial reporting for the group's land buying & selling business and managing the group land bank inventory and documentation.
PayPay has more than 8 years managing her own clothing and hotel businesses in Phnom Penh prior to joining the group as their Finance Director. As the Finance Director, she works closely with the Chairman and CEO of the group to provide strategic advice on the group finance and accounts planning in regard to land acquisition, investment and capital raising.

The former sales and marketing manager from China's No. 1 developer, Country Garden, Rayson is proficient in handling multiple ongoing projects, performing and delivering complex assignments timely. With a remarkable record of achieving over 100 million sales revenue in a single day, Rayson is no doubt an important asset to the team.

The chairman of TPMG, Ty Khun has more than 8 years of experience in investment and finance, notably within the field of land banking. Under his father's mentorship, Ty has honed his skillset and foresight in evaluating lands that has long-term growth potential.

Vuthy comes with years of proven management and business experience with the water resources government agency in Banteay Meanchey and managing his own construction company for the last 15 years. His role as the land acquisition director involves identifying and evaluating potential sites for acquisition to optimize profit and creating value. This include dealing with respective government agencies at all levels as regards to land acquisition and trading activities.
