Abdullah was serving as Group Finance Manager for Al Tayyar Holding Egypt "Leading Real-estate Development Company". Post-graduation, he joined Ernst & Young "EY" Egypt (A Big Four Audit Firm) in September 2008 until December 2013 - Assurance Services Department - where he completed the CPA exam and became a Certified Public Accountant, USA, since August 2012. Abdullah moved to the Ernst and Young "EY" Dubai office from January 2013 till January 2014, during his journey within EY, Abdullah served more than 30 clients in diversified industries (telecommunication, construction, real-estate, manufacturing, trading).
Abdullah then returned to Egypt in February and joined Pioneers Holding Group as a financial reporting supervisor, before accepting the role of Finance Manager of Al Tayyar Holding.
With more than 5 years of experience in professional training, Abdullah is a qualified leading instructor of "CPA, IFRS, CMA, and Financial Statements Analysis". His focus is on defining and developing a career path for finance professionals through professional training and coaching. He has spent over 2000 hours in providing professional training to more than 600 finance professionals. He has provided more than 10 IFRS training courses, over seven CPA training courses, in addition to, more than 10 Accounting and Financial Statement Analysis courses.

Ahmed is leading Partner of Tax Services for United, where he brings more than 30 years of experience. He was a Partner with Ernst & Young and worked with Arthur Andersen Global for over 10 years, where he served the largest organizations and was involved in managing, planning and supervising audit engagements across a variety of industries.
Ahmed is a Commerce graduate (1988), and is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors, and the Egyptian Society of Taxation.
Ahmed specializes in Egyptian Taxation, providing direct/indirect tax and customs services to local businesses as well as foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt. For over 15 years, Ahmed was involved in Transaction Tax, mergers and acquisitions in relevant tax aspects.
Professional Experience
Throughout his career (30+ years), he has advised multi-industry clients (including those in trading, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, banking, hospitality, and industrial) on their statutory obligations, relevant legislation (including labor, social insurance and customs law) and currency control.
He has performed and managed tax compliance reviews, advised on different forms of entity formalities specialized in Egyptian taxation, providing direct and indirect tax services, including customs relevant exposure to the firm's local business, as well as, foreign joint ventures operating in Egypt.
Ahmed has also advised multinational clients (including financial institutions, manufacturing, construction, petroleum, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and trading businesses) on their local statutory tax obligations.
He has also advised non-resident enterprises on relevant legislation (including labor, social insurance and customs laws) and currency controls.
Ahmed has been leading, within his capacity, close to 100+ due diligences, and been significantly involved in cross-border tax matters, acquisition structuring and implementation.
Ahmed maintains extensive experience in advising the Firm's local and global clients in structuring their tax affairs in Egypt. He has managed a number of successful projects warranting strategic tax planning and direction. He has significant experience in conducting negotiations with the Tax Authorities in disputes relating to income tax, corporation tax, social insurance, sales tax, stamp duty, etc. Besides tax, Ahmed also controls the regulatory service practice from Cairo. The regulatory services include advising on privatization issues, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support services.

Post-graduation, Mohamed joined Ernst & Young in September 2008 until March 2019 - Tax Services. He then joined UHY on April 1, 2019. Mohamed served more than 25 clients in different sectors (construction, real estate, manufacturing, trade and telecommunications)
Professional Experience
Mohamed is an expert in all tax types in Egypt and international tax advice.
Mohamed has executed about 30 Salary tax audits for different companies in various fields. In addition, he has completed about 25 corporate tax audits for 25 different companies in Egypt, in six different fields.
Mohamed has led twenty withholding tax audits, five stamp duty audits and 15 sales tax (VAT) audits in many different fields for a number of companies.
Tareq has more than 33 years of experience in the field of external auditing and financial and management consulting with international accounting firms and major companies in the Gulf region
Tareq worked with Arthur Andersen for more than 12 years in Kuwait and Egypt and was director of the Arthur Andersen's branch office in Alexandria for a period of time and also worked in the office's consulting department
Tareq also worked with Coopers Lybrand office (currently PWC) as a manager of the branch office in Alexandria in 1993. He previously worked with KPMG Egypt for one year
Tareq also worked with one of the largest group of companies in KSA as CAE (Chief Executive Auditor). He also worked with the same group for a period of three years as a financial, management and control systems' advisor

Mr. Waled has more than 18 years of extensive experience in the provision of general and specialized tax compliance and strategic tax planning FOR INTERNATIONAL TAX SYSTEMS ,investor tax advisory and due diligence reviews , computation of corporate and business tax liabilities, tax training ,employee compensation structuring , corporation tax , withholding tax ,personal tax and VAT reviews, and vat refund audits and certification , he also handled a large number of tax audits and investigations with the revenue authorities.
He graduated from the Faculty of Commerce Alexandria University and obtained a certificate in Tax & Public Finance .
Mr. Waled founded "Experts group for auditing & tax consulting "in 2013, and became a full member of UHY international, on March 2019. He has experience of working overseas through working in Kenya and United Arab Emirates.
He is One of the founders of Association of accountants and internal auditors "AAIA" and the general secretary for it.
