Dustin earned his bachelor's degree from Carroll University in 2017. Dustin started his career with a public accounting firm in Milwaukee and worked there for about three years before starting at Vickney in 2021. Dustin's daily work during the non-tax season focuses on compiling financial statements, payroll and tax planning. During tax season Dustin works on all types of returns for both individuals and corporations. Dustin is a sports fanatic with an extreme passion for football and basketball. Dustin is family focused and looking to get more involved with community services.
Emily joined Vickney & Associates in 2016 with years of bookkeeping experience in a variety of industries. Emily is skilled at digging into the details to find out why something doesn't balance. She is responsible for maintaining the books for multiple clients each month. Emily's other duties include preparing tax individual tax returns. Outside of work, Emily loves to explore Wisconsin. She is also an avid reader and bargain hunter.

Justin started his career with a public accounting firm in Jefferson County and worked there for three years before starting at Vickney in 2018. Justin's daily work during the non-tax season) focuses on compiling financial statements, payroll, and tax planning. During tax season Justin works on all returns - individual and corporations. An animal lover, Justin enjoys hiking with his dog in his off time.
As office manager, Michelle is vital to Vickney & Associates. Michelle started with Donald Langenfeld in 1998 and has stayed on with Gretchen as she took over the business. She enjoys meeting with clients at least once a year and being able to provide information on many common questions. Michelle has two grown children and four "wonderful grandchildren." She enjoys reading, cross-stitch, movies, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Sarah joined Vickney & Associates in 2021 with about 4 years of experience working in a variety of offices. Sarah is responsible for making sure the office runs smoothly and efficiently so that clients receive the best possible services. She also helps onboarding new clients to make the transition easier for the clients. Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her kids, hiking, and traveling.
