Faiza Haseeb

Faiza Haseeb is the Executive Director of Voice Media Network PVT. Ltd. She is a Development professional, Educationalist & a Social Activist. She has worked with the International Research Council for Religious Affairs as a Program Manager. Faiza managed multiple projects funded by International donors; National Endowment for Democracy (NED) Washington DC, DAI International (USAID) (CRA, AeP), Holing Center for International Dialogue Washington DC, Geneva Call, United States Institutes of Peace (USIP), British Council, UNESCO and KnK Japan. Through these initiatives, she is working to promote Peace & culture of coexistence, dialogue and sectarian reconciliation, countering hate speech & hate literature. While also working closely to counter violent-extremism and sectarianism in Pakistan, these projects engaged Religious leaders in promoting peace and interfaith dialogue. She has taken the lead to improve the access and quality of girl's education in remote areas of KP, working with Friends Welfare Association Pakistan & KnK Japan. Faiza has delivered Life-Skills training to-hundreds-of-female students in KP Govt. Schools, besides offering training to community advocacy groups, PTC members & Govt. School teachers in many districts of KP. She authored "Peace education and its potential role in conflict transformation in Pakistan", "Role of peace education in sustainability and development of Pakistan", "Dynamics of Dropouts from Primary School & Challenges for SDG-4 in South Asia" academic research papers published by National & International Journals. She wrote many articles-highlighting women's role in society and peace-building, role of youth in peace-building, Women & Education, and a few depicting status of girl's education in KP province of Pakistan- published in leading English newspapers of Pakistan, in addition to development of a few Training Manuals over IHL, Countering Hate material, life-skills and Islam & Democracy: An Alternate Narrative. She holds MS Degree in Development Studies from COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus & MBA (Banking & Finance) from GC University, besides various courses & certifications including but not limited to; Religion & Peace-building, Introduction to Peace-building, Preparing for peace building, Conflict Analysis, Designing Community based Dialogues, and Design, Monitoring & Evaluation for programming in fragile environments (United States Institute of Peace). She has also served in the Banking & Industrial sector-in different capacities.

Hassan Khan

Hassan Khan is working as Director News and Current Affairs of the Khyber. Hassan Khan's 20 years vast experience as journalist is spread over both print and broadcast fields, having worked in television, radio, web and print media. As a manager he has on his back work experience as Director News & Current Affairs and as an Editor of the two newspapers simultaneously. He has the expertise of affairs, related to politics, terrorism, security, peace & conflict and public issues in Pakistan and Afghanistan. He has attended public hearings in parliament, and has testified before Foreign Affairs Committee of Senate of Pakistan (Upper house of parliament) on Afghanistan and tribal affairs upon the special invitation of the Chairman. He has also made several presentations to Afghan leadership on ongoing situation of war on terror in Pakistan, FATA- and Afghanistan overall.

Israr Gul

Israr Gul Haqqani, is a Religious/community engagement officer-working with Voice Media Network (Pvt.) Ltd. Mr. Israr graduated from Dar-ul-Uloom Haqqania Akora Khattak. He has done his Master's degree in Islamic Studies from International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). Along with academic qualification he was part of different projects for the Peace and Social Change. He also proved himself working as project manager with PEF, where he was responsible for planning the programs, monitoring progress, resolving issues/challenges and initiating appropriate corrective action, ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program, managing the program's budget in a cost effective way. Additionally, Mr. Israr participated in eleven (11) professional trainings including Diploma of Information Technology, Madrassa English Teaching Training Workshop, Two-Day' workshop on Human Rights & Refugees Rights in Islam & International Law. Mr. Israr Gul wrote many columns and articles for Urdu newspapers. He was awarded-Peace Champion award-by Peace and Education Foundation (PEF).

Munir Ahmad Shah

Munir Ahmed Shah is associated with Voice Media Network as Media/Community engagement officer. Munir is a journalist and researcher based in Karachi. He is also writing for daily Ausaf Karachi, Pakistan's one of the leading Urdu newspaper and an Experienced Investigative Reporter with a demonstrated history of working in the media production industry. During more than 17 years of his career as a Journalist, he has worked with Daily Islam, Daily Muqadma, Daily Mehshar and a few other media outlets. His area of interest includes Conflict resolution, Islamist movements and politics. He possess excellent Skills in Copywriting, Storytelling, News Writing, and Editing. Strong media and communication professional who has done his graduation from Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology. Munir is an active member of Karachi Press club and senior Member of Pakistan Federal union of Journalists.

Rasheeda Bano

Rasheeda Bano has been working with Voice Media Network Pvt. Ltd since January 2019 as Reporting and Communication Officer. She has completed her Master's degree in Gender Studies from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. She is highly motivated and progress-oriented with extensive background in the development sector. Rasheeda has been part of many projects with international donors like BMGF (Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), DAI (Development Alternatives Incorporated), UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund) etc. Rasheeda has also served with Islamic Research Institute of Social Sciences in the same capacity for a period of around one year. Rasheeda has extensive experience of conducting field surveys, data collection and data analysis. She has been contributing in decision-making, management, planning and implementation towards project activities proficiently with Voice Media Network. Rasheeda has excellent Report writing and Communication Skills.

Sabooh Syed

Sabookh Syed is from Abbottabad, he got his early education from Abbottabad. He also completed High-School from his home town. He moved to Peshawar to acquire higher education. He graduated from Peshawar University after completion of studies. His passion to work as a journalist led him to join a media group as a reporter. Sabookh started his career as a reporter by working with Geo TV. He also had an opportunity to host program at Geo TV. He hosted Aalim Online at Geo TV for a short period of time. As his journalistic career advanced he also started to write as a columnist for Daily Jang, he has also worked as co-author for The News. He had been writing in both the English and Urdu papers of Geo group for some time.

Wasif Nawaz
