Mike currently serves as a Lieutenant with the City of Eastlake Police Department, with over twenty-four years of experience. Mike is also a hostage negotiator for the Western Lake County S.W.A.T team and a Commander for the Basic Police Academy at Cuyahoga Community College. Mike holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice as well as a Masters Degree in Justice Administration. Mike is a graduate of the FBI National Academy; Session 263 (2016) and the Ohio Certified Law Enforcement Executive program; Session XXIV (2020)

Rick is a United States Army Veteran and currently works for the City of Eastlake Police Department as the Senior Patrolman, with over twenty-five years of law enforcement experience. Rick has spent most of his career focusing on investigations, having been a Detective and a member of the Crime Supression Unit. Rick is a certified Computerized Voice Stress Analysis (CVSA) Examiner and a licensed Private Investigator with the State of Ohio, with over fifteen years of experience.
Steve started his career in the private security industry over two decades ago having co-founded one of the largest private security companies in Northeast Ohio. Steve left the company to start Xcalibre Protective Services. With his advanced knowledge of the security industry (including over ten years of law enforcement experience), and the network he created over the years, Steve has made Xcalibre one of the leading providers of security services in Northeast Ohio.
