Ben Keeling has been a member of the Beltone Family since 2000 and specializes in difficult fittings and adjustments. Ben holds a degree from Millikin University and serves as a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Illinois. Ben currently manages our Schaumburg location and is passionate about helping the hearing impaired. His grandmother chose Beltone when she needed help and it has changed her life.

Brandy is a Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner in the state of Illinois. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Western Illinois University. She enjoys the long-term relationships that are formed with her patients. Brandy was drawn to the profession after watching her father and mother-in-law struggle with their hearing loss for years. The benefit she sees her patients gain from hearing are life changing and brings her pure joy. She loves cooking, hiking, and spending quality time with her family.
Providing each patient and their families with care and compassion brings me joy. Seeing the change better hearing brings to their life is very rewarding. I love my job allows me to be a part of the process to improving the lives of every Beltone patient that comes through our door!

Jeremy Hamman is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the State of Illinois. He has years of experience, both in university clinical environments and also with Beltone Hearing Care Center. He received his education from Purdue University earning a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. Jeremy is originally from the area of Aurora, so he is very involved with the community. He always strives to make sure his patients understand not only that they have a hearing problem, but also how it is affecting their lives in a very understanding manner. Helping a patient hear better is his number one priority. He manages the Glen Ellyn and Elgin Offices.
Kelly is our Assistant Office Manager. She oversees the training of all the Patient Care Coordinators and makes sure the patients are getting the best care possible. She has witnessed what hearing loss can do to a person's social skills through her grandparents. Kelly started as a Patient Care Coordinator and has worked her way up to Assistant Office Manager. She is very passionate about Beltone and has been a great asset to our company.

Ken has been an invaluable member of the Beltone team for over 30 years. Along with being our Hearing Care Practitioner in Rockford, he owns 7 other locations in Northwestern Illinois. Ken is consistently working to make our patients hear the best as possible and always puts their needs first. He is dedicated to making the world hear better.

Kristin is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Illinois. She has been with Beltone for over 8 years. She graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2003. She is very passionate when it comes to helping her patients understand their hearing loss. Kristin has lived in the suburbs of Chicago for almost 30 years and enjoys spending time with her husband and son. She manages the Sycamore office.
Laura is the Patient Care Coordinator in the Rockford office. She was born and raised in Los Angeles California. Laura is fluent in English and Spanish. She started with Beltone in 2002. She is currently in the process of becoming a licensed Hearing Care Specialist in Illinois.

Lindsay is an Illinois Licensed Hearing Care Practitioner, with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Northern Iowa. She is passionate about helping people get the appropriate help needed to improve the quality of their life. Lindsay has grown up alongside the company her whole life. She is a 3rd generation Beltone Practitioner and loves working with her patients every day. Her hobbies include cheering on her Chicago sports teams and spending time with friends and family. Lindsay takes care of patients at both the Aurora and Libertyville Locations.
Lisa is a Patient Care Coordinator in our Glen Ellyn office. She has a BA from Indiana University and has many years experience in customer service. Her goal at Beltone is to provide excellent customer care. She finds it rewarding to work with a knowledgeable, professional and caring staff.
Lisa oversees all our locations in the Chicagoland area. Lisa is new to the Beltone Team but brings years of management and customer service experience. Lisa has a business degree from Carthage College. Lisa enjoys talking with the patients and hearing stories and experiences that each patient brings with them. "Every patient that comes to one of our Beltone locations becomes family. My position allows me to work at all the locations and I benefit by getting to meet and build relationships with more patients. My position with Beltone is rewarding in so many ways."
Michelle is the Patient Care Coordinator in our Aurora office. She loves being able to interact with her patients daily. She makes it her goal to see to it that they leave our office better than when they came. She has several years' experience in patient care and finds making a difference in the quality of people's lives to be a very rewarding job.

Nicholas is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Schaumberg office. After starting at Beltone, he was able to observe the testing and delivery process for hearing aids and is happy to be a part of the improvement of a patient's quality of life. He is currently studying to be a Hearing Instrument Specialist so that he can help people improve their hearing.

Piper is the Patient Care Coordinator for the Hinsdale office. She is a third generation Beltone employee, and she enjoys building relationships with patients. In her high school years, she was a competitive dancer. She now enjoys teaching children how to dance. She is currently attending College of DuPage to obtain her bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
