Dean has been a Social Worker and a Team Manager for over 20 years and has extensive experience in residential care, child protection, children in need, and leaving care. Dean enjoys working with children, their families and young adults in helping support them to reach their full potential in life.
Dean obtained an MA in Social Work, Advanced Certificate in Systemic Practice and is also a qualified Social Work practice teacher.

Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and worked in London's local government for seven years specialising in commercial property and development projects. Following a spell as a Partner in a top 50 law firm he founded his own firm, ‘BuddLegal', where he specialises in property and energy work.

Georgina has worked in various areas of care for 17 years and has a passion for ensuring every person has the tools and support they require to lead happy and successful lives. Georgina grew up with a sibling who had and still has intensive care support needs and through caring for them a passion grew to ensure all people with care needs are provided personalised high-quality care.
Even as a manager Georgina spends the time getting to know all the people she supports as individuals. She leads Noble Tree Care.
