Mr. Bautista began his career as co-director with his brother, Gonzalo, at the family plant, Marmoles Poblanos SA de CV in Puebla, Mexico. Expanding into the international markets they established Granimar, Inc. in Dallas, Texas under his sole management. After expanding their offices to San Antonio. Mr. Bautista returned to Puebla, Mexico as the executive director of Grupo Industrias Petrus SA de CV. Since then he has established Granitos Naturales, SA de CV, Grupo Industrias Petrus SA de CV, and Reviste SA de CV. He served on the Board of Directors for Grupo Financiero Serfin for Puebla and three surrounding states in Mexico. He is the CEO of Granitos Naturales of North America, Inc. and the CEO of Promotora Y Desarrolladora Activa de Puebla Land Development Company. His real estate projects include land development, retail, and resort projects. He is currently living in San Antonio, Texas and is working on a 12,000-acre resort community on the Pacific Coast in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. A graduate of Babson College - School of Business Entrepreneurship - in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Alejandro Bautista received his Bachelor of Science with a Major in Entrepreneurship and minors in Finance and Real Estate. Bob Grizzle

Bob Grizzle is a business expert who has been helping business owners and stakeholders for over 30 years to improve operational efficiencies and manage human capital cost-effectively. Through the years, his client base has consisted of many commercial contractors and service companies. He is the founder and principal of Envision Resource Group. This organization provides businesses with a turn-key system for managing the entire life cycle of their employees through HR out-sourcing. Before this, Bob spent 16 years as the founder and principal of a Third-Party Administrator firm, where he worked with employers to manage their employee health, profit sharing, and 401 (k) plans more efficiently. Bob lives in Cleburne, TX. He and his wife, Glo, are very involved with their church and community organizations, including Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Johnson County, Cleburne Christian Business Fellowship, and the annual Christian Leadership Prayer Breakfast. He supports his wife as she is active in the local chapters of the International Order of Kings Sons and Daughters.

Justin Martin - SVP

For the past 20 years, Justin has worked in sales and management. Starting his career with Auto Magic of Texas, his responsibilities were to foster mutually beneficial business relationships as well as manage existing triple-A dealer accounts. Justin was responsible for the territory ranging through all of South Texas. After 10 years of working in the auto industry, Justin decided to follow his passion and move into real estate development. He has worked on a variety of different projects ranging from single-family, multifamily, and lot development. Where more often than not Justin would find himself working with General contractors and subcontractors to make sure they met the quality standards expected and could meet the budget requirements for the success of the project. During this same time, Justin would also facilitate the permitting and entitlement process with the cities and counties for each stage of the developments. Justin's most recent role has been with NGON Solutions which helps producers reduce methane and C02 emissions by capturing flare gas through environmentally friendly on-site mitigation services. Justin's title with NGON Solutions was on-site operations manager, working with producers and clients overseeing the entire process from start to finish, as well as managing the existing flare mitigation sites that are currently up and running across Texas and Louisiana.

Ken Martin - President

Since the mid-eighties, Ken Martin has been a real estate land, multifamily, retail, and office developer in Texas. Working with the RTC he acquired, operated and sold over 4,500 apartment units. With investors he developed many projects including Canyon Springs; a 2,000-acre master planned residential golf course community in San Antonio. He also developed and sold tracts within The Dominion, a master planned residential subdivision in San Antonio, Texas. He is currently working with investors to assemble market rate and affordable apartment projects throughout the Texas real estate markets.

Mike Bargo

Stemming from a 3 generations of construction family and was involved in developing subdivisions, strip malls structural steel buildings and concrete tilt wall system. Involved in all stages of construction from purchasing, project management, to buy out and assigning contracts to contractors. Involved in first R and R dock high loading industrial park in Laredo, Texas 1979. Which included supervising a structural engineer concrete bridge. Total of 40 structures, 2000 sq ft minimum to 4000 sq ft with offices.

Nick Martin - SVP

Since 2009 Nick Martin has been a commercial real estate agent and developer in and around south Texas. After Graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Nick began mentoring under his father Ken Martin in the Real Estate Development industry as well as in oil and gas. Currently Nick lives in San Antonio with his wife Sarah and is a Partner in Triple Key.
