Dr Mridula is a professional development worker with an experience of 14 years in the field of Health and Nutrition, having worked in various capacities in different Government and UN organizations. She is a PhD in management & also possess her post graduate diploma in health management .She has the experience of working at national level under NRHM program & and have worked with multiple ministries(Health, WcD Education & Tribal dept) at the states of Gujarat, Odisha & Chhattisgarh. Her association in public health programs are focused on Nutrition interventions for children, Pregnant & Lactating Mothers, Adolescent health interventions, Integrated Management of Newborn and Childhood Illness, Skilled Attendance at Birth, Basic Emergency Obstetrics and Newborn Care program, CEmONC, Facility based newborn care program, HIV AIDS interventions for core population and Prevention of Parent to Child Transmission of HIV-AIDS. Her core expertise is in system strengthening through capacity building programs of the partners, strengthening state level reviews, supportive supervision, evidence generations for policy advocacy and participate in upstream planning discussions.

Dr. Omkar Khandwa is Professor of Pediatrics with more than 15 years of experience in field of Newborn care, Nutrition of Children,Public Health planning, Research and planning,Training and Health Informatics. He is pioneer of Neonatal Care in State of Chhattisgarh with credit of training more than 1000 nurses and hundreds of Medical Officers in skills of neonatal care. He has been part of various technical committees regarding child health at State level as well as National level. He is National Level trainer in Neonatology and has contributed in various text books of Pediatrics. He has publications in several national and international journal and he is part of editorial team of many Pediatric Journals. He has been instrumental in setting up various newborn care units all across the State and currently State nodal for child health. He leads the technical components of Child health of Aide Society.

Abhishek is an MBA in Health/Hospital Management &Ditetics& Nutrition from Symbiosis Pune & did his BCom . He is a trained fitness & nutrition consultant & has got his specialization certification from National exercise & sports trainers association (NESTA).He is also a qualified fitness trainer . He has a natural talent of getting connected to people understand their problems & he is always eager to walk an extra mile to ensure that the issues are resolved. His journey of social work started at an early age of 18 years when he started teaching children near local slum . Gradually he started teaching their mothers on healthy practices, importance of nutrition and other issues. His core expertise is in advocacy and implementation.

Pratyush is a health management scholar from IIHMR-Jaipur & has over 13 years of experience in public health. He has lead many M&E projects over a period of his employment with national & international organizations such as NHM Gujarat, NHM Bihar, Evidence Action, Unicef, SHSRC -Haryana etc. His core strengths are program monitoring, evaluation and advocacy based on evidence.
Rashmi Singh has an experience of 12 years in Public Health with specialization in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement and Capacity building of front line workers. She has a master's in health management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur. She is also the lead author of Improvement Guide, a manual developed for USAID-ASSIST project for helping coaches in helping Quality Improvement teams at the facilities and was involved in developing "Change Packages" for USAID-ASSIST project, a knowledge management chronicle for quality journey of health facilities which will be a reference manual for new facilities. She has been a coach for different facilities across country and helped facilities to document their success stories and best practices to share during disseminations organized by the state governments. She has also worked with different development partners and Government of India and been a part of different capacity building programmes.

Tarang is a public health professional with all most a decade of experience. A Post-graduate from the Indian Institute of Health Management and Research, Jaipur ,She has so far worked with government& international organizations. Her jobs involved planning and implementation of various programmes aimed at basic healthcare with focus on maternal and child health. She has also been part of various technical committees/teams that planned and rolled out several government programmes. Most of her work so far has been with the health system and it has been her area of interest too. she has the experience of working on research projects related to health systems , nutrition & community health. She leads the research projects of Aide society.
