For over 30 years, Mr. Price and his companies have worked to develop innovative public/private partnerships for the management of publicly owned assets. Under these relationships, Mr. Price has efficiently and successfully managed numerous municipal and privately held assets. He was the founder and Chairman of American Golf Corporation and National Golf Properties, which he sold in early 2003. American Golf managed/leased more than 350 golf courses, many of which were municipal and third party leases. Mr. Price is the owner/developer of the highly successful Supermarine FBO's and has a broad range of experience in the development of airport properties. Mr. Price is the Chairman of the Board of the Museum of Flying located at Santa Monica Airport and is an aviation enthusiast who has owned World War II aircraft and competed in the Reno Air Races. David G. Price also founded and developed Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, California. , leads AAC with wisdom, experience and vision. He is the former owner of American Golf Corporation, a renowned leader in the golf course management business, which he built from a one-facility operation to a worldwide company with 320 facilities. Mr. Price has established AAC as a frontrunner in the airport management business, in the same manner as American Golf in the leisure industry.

Edward R. Sause is President and is responsible for complete oversight of AAC including acquiring properties, raising the capital necessary to take advantage of opportunities, and developing financial strategies. Prior to joining AAC, Mr. Sause served as Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of American Golf Corporation and Chief Financial Officer of National Golf Properties, where he was responsible for all financial and administrative matters, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS, treasury, tax, legal, purchasing, and Internet development. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Mr. Sause also served as an Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse, as well as Vice President and Controller for Columbia Pictures Television, Columbia Pictures' Motion Picture Division, Columbia Pictures International, and for the Entertainment Business Sector of The Coca-Cola Company. Mr. Sause is a trustee of the Museum of Flying.

He was previously the General Manager of Supermarine of Santa Monica and the Facility Manager of a full service FBO at Van Nuys Airport. Prior to working in general aviation, he served as an avionics technician the Marine Corps and is a Gulf War veteran.
