You can apply this two ways. First way, would be to add that on the top of the par. In saying that, here at Cameron Golf Club a 8.2 plays to a 9 handicap so the par for the day will be 81. The other way would be to take those 9 shots and apply one to the 9 hardest holes. That would mean, number 6 at Cameron Golf Club which is the hardest hole on the course would now be a par 6 instead of a par 5. You would then do this for the next 8 hardest holes...
