CHEF JAMES

James is a wonderful chef! We used him for our wedding and he was there at every stage. Helping us design a beautiful menu that we loved, to helping us find the serving staff, to the logistics of a wedding in two locations and a marquee! He even organised our delicious food for the next day's party. Would highly recommend... Chef James catered for our wedding in June and the food was superb, all guests commented on just how amazing our food was and how the attention to detail along with presentation was just incredible. The melt in the mouth fillet of beef is something we have never tasted before. James was so attentive and accommodating right from the moment we booked him up, he has a fountain of knowledge and thought about every little detail.
