DCANS Bank is the trading name of DCANS Bnk Limited (DBL), a UK registered company founded by a proprietary trader, investor & entrepreneur (Isaac Osei), passionate about making a real difference in non-retail mass market banking products, with special focus on corporate, commercial, business, mortgage and private banking. DBL isn't a bank yet. We are applying to the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for a banking licence to become authorised by the PRA and regulated by the FCA / PRA to provide one of the best banking services if not the best in the UK and beyond... We're building a bank that will open up a whole new world of possibilities and create a new way of banking, a departure from antiquated banking practices.
