Fight4Balance (F4B) is an Australian registered charity dedicated to improving the lived-experience and wellbeing of adolescent youth with functional & intellectual disabilities; and their families. Our charity is redefining adaptive fitness and community immersion programs to improve the functional independence, life-skills and social wellbeing of these youth. All F4B programs are designed in consultation with our team of clinical health and training practitioners adopting an evidence-based platform: combining research evidence, expert opinion, and well-grounded experience. Our core values of strength, integrity, evidence-based practice and community drive everything we do; incorporating dynamic peer-to-peer buddy systems to strengthen the bonds between families living with and without disabilities... The disability community we serve includes, but is not limited to, adolescent youth aged 12-17yrs with mild-to-moderate functional & intellectual disabilities associated with Autism..
